1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the 16slot platform ("16slot", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://16slot.cam. By creating an account, accessing the platform or using any of the services offered, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 16slot website at https://16slot.cam, including all pages, services, games, betting markets and features accessible through it.
• "Account" means the individual registered user profile created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether or not they have completed registration.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, instant games and related promotional offerings made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, free bet, cashback offer, reload offer or similar incentive credited to an Account subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative turnover a User must achieve before a Bonus or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and address verification process required before withdrawal of funds.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User from their own resources, as distinct from Bonus funds.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary display currency on the Platform where applicable.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 16slot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or on behalf of a third party.
• You do not currently hold any other Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform by 16slot or any associated operator.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of 16slot or any of its technology, game or payment partners.
• You have assessed your local laws and understand that access to online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under applicable legislation in your jurisdiction, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 in Pakistan.

4 Account Registration

Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and a secure password. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate registration information at all times.
• Promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party.
• Notify 16slot immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

16slot reserves the right to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time and to suspend or close any Account where information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and fraud-prevention requirements, 16slot applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit verification documents at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary by the Platform.

5.1 Acceptable Documents

• Identity: Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), valid passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement or government letter confirming residential address, where required.
• Liveness / Selfie: A real-time selfie or short video confirmation may be requested to match the identity document submitted.

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal. Never send sensitive documents via unencrypted email, WhatsApp or any third-party messaging channel.

6 Deposits & Payments

16slot accepts deposits via payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, applicable fees and processing timeframes are subject to change and should be verified in the cashier at the time of each deposit.

6.1 PKR Currency

Where available, account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment provider operates in a different base currency. 16slot is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations or conversion charges imposed by third-party payment processors.

6.2 Payment Method References

Certain familiar Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform as context for users familiar with these services. The mention of any payment provider does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by that provider, nor does it guarantee that the method is currently active in the cashier. Users must verify availability directly in the cashier at the time of deposit.

6.3 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited are from sources belonging to you and are free from any criminal origin. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus funds; (c) minimum withdrawal amounts as specified in the cashier; and (d) compliance with all applicable terms of this Agreement.

• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to operator policy and method availability.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to bank or provider timelines. 16slot does not guarantee specific withdrawal speeds.
• 16slot reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed, withheld or cancelled if 16slot suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other breach of these Terms.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 16slot may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, referral rewards and other incentives. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms govern for the specific offer.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the relevant promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, household, IP address or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Uncompleted Wagering Requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 16slot reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that already-claimed bonuses with active Wagering Requirements are honoured under the original terms.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through 16slot's sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports — and all gameplay in casino, live dealer and instant game sections are governed by the specific rules of each game or market. These rules are available within the relevant game interface or market information panel.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 16slot does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where expressly stated in specific market rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay or bet settlement, 16slot reserves the right to void affected bets or games and restore balances to pre-round levels where technically feasible.
• Odds and game configurations are subject to change. Live-betting odds update in real time and the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are binding.
• Where a result is disputed, 16slot's decision — reached in good faith and referencing available match data — shall be final.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes or misconfigured odds.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of criminal origin through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy tools to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that 16slot reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive or harmful to the Platform or other users.

11 Responsible Gambling

16slot is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to help users manage their play, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are available within your Account settings.

By using 16slot you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that the Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only — not as a means of generating income. 12 Account Suspension & Closure

16slot reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity is detected.
• A User requests self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• A User has not logged in for an extended period of inactivity as defined by the operator's dormant account policy.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require account restriction.

Upon permanent closure for non-disciplinary reasons, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via the last verified payment method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus funds are not refundable upon closure.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 16slot and its operators, directors, employees and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits or gambling losses.

16slot does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party payment processing errors, network outages or device malfunctions outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. We apply industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information. You have the right to access, correct, export and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15 Intellectual Property

All content on the 16slot Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces and data — is the intellectual property of 16slot or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 16slot.

16 Amendments to Terms

16slot reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where a User does not agree to amended Terms, they should cease using the Platform and contact support at [email protected] to request account closure.

17 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed, as specified in the operator's licence documentation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a claim that the Platform is licensed, regulated or authorised under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are responsible for independently assessing their legal obligations under applicable Pakistani legislation.
